Participants interested in attending the International Nature-Based Solutions Conference (NBCS) & 12th International Flora Malesiana Symposium can register by following these steps:

How to Join

Online Registration
  • Login to the registration portal
  • Fill out the registration form on the official event website.
  • Provide your personal details, affiliation, and preferred participation category.
  • Select the appropriate registration fee category.
  • Make payment via bank transfer or online payment gateway.
  • A confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment.
  • Participants will receive an official confirmation email with event details, and a link to the login dashboard
  • Participants can see the updates of the event via participant dashboard
  • Upon arrival, collect your event pass at the registration desk.

Registration Fees

  • International Participants: $300
  • International Students & Indonesian Nationality: $100
  • Southeast Asia Participants: $200
  • Papuan (& local students) Residents: $50

Notes

  • The registration fee includes access to all sessions, symposium materials, and meals during the event. However, it does not cover accommodation, local transportation, or additional excursions.
