How to Join

Participants interested in attending the International Nature-Based Solutions Conference (NBCS) & 12th International Flora Malesiana Symposium can register by following these steps:

Online Registration
  • Login to the registration portal
  • Fill out the registration form on the official event website.
  • Provide your personal details, affiliation, and preferred participation category.
  • Select the appropriate registration fee category.
  • Make payment via bank transfer or online payment gateway.
  • A confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment.
  • Participants will receive an official confirmation email with event details, and a link to the login dashboard
  • Participants can see the updates of the event via participant dashboard
  • Upon arrival, collect your event pass at the registration desk.

Registration Fees

International Participants IDR 5,065,000 (approx. USD 300)  

For participants with an International passport (excl. ASEAN countries) 

ASEAN Participants IDR 3,380,000 (approx. USD 200)

For participants with ASEAN passport 
 
International Students IDR 1,690,000 (approx. USD 100) 

For students with International and ASEAN passport

Must be able to show student card upon re-registration on the venue

 

Indonesian Participants  IDR 1,690,000 (approx. USD 100) 

For participant with Indonesian ID/ passport

 

Papua Residents & Papua (local) Students Fee: IDR 850,000 (approx. USD 50) 

For participants with Indonesian ID/ passport, resident of the provinces in Papua island.

  • Keynote Plenaries and thematic sessions
  • Access to exhibition/ poster spaces
  • Conference proceedings/ materials (soft copy)
  • Welcome kit
  • Welcome dinner, daily lunch & coffee breaks during during the event

 

Notes:

  • All fees are not including flights, accommodations,  transport and personal expenses. The payment is processed via online payment gateway or transfer method – kindly note that there might be administration fee or bank charges incurred from your bank/ card.
